Cancellation Policy
Due to our demand for lash services, we ask that all guest provide advanced notice for canceling or rescheduling appointments. Please notify xo Eye Love You, LLC before the close of business the day before your appointment.
*Same Day Cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
*A No Call No Show of a scheduled appointment will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the applicable fees to the service scheduled.
*Any guests that arrive late for their appointment, will be serviced for the amount of time that remains and will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
